The Cromwell Lecture Series 2019

The Cromwell Museum is delighted to announce the 2019 Cromwell Lecture Series, a four part lecture series on the Civil War period by some of the country's top experts. Discounted season tickets are available for those who wish to come to all four lectures, or individual lecture details are available by following the links below:

We are delighted to welcome over four successive Wednesdays:

Wednesday 6 November at 7.30pm - John Rees on 'The Levellers'

Wednesday 13th November at 7.30pm - John Morrill on 'Cromwell and Ireland'

Wednesday 20th November at 7.30pm - Ismini Pells on 'Wounded, Widows & Orphans: Civil War Petitions'

Wednesday 27th November at 7.30pm - Allen Packwood on 'Churchill and Cromwell'

All the talks will be followed by a book signing (books will be available for sale) where appropriate and light refreshments (included in the ticket price). The lectures take place in the Assembly Room at Huntingdon Town Hall, doors open at 7pm. The lectures are fully accessible for wheelchair users. 

Tickets are £10 for each talk (£8 for students or members of the Friends of the Museum) or £30 for the whole series of 4 lectures (£25 for students or Friends of the Museum).
