The Cromwell Museum and Nautical Archaeology Society are delighted to announce a study day looking at the development of the navy in the mid-1600s, and particularly the amazing finds which have been recovered from the wreck of the Cromwellian warship 'London', which sank off Southend in 1665.
The study day will include a number of short talks, as well as the opportunity for visits to the Museum's current display on the Cromwellian Navy, which includes a number of artefacts recovered from the London.
