Everyone needs friends and the Cromwell Museum is no exception. If you think you could help with fundraising, publicity, organising events or just by supporting the work of the Museum with your Subscription, we need you!
The Friends of the Cromwell Museum group was formed in 2013, with the purpose of supporting the work of the Cromwell Museum in promoting knowledge of the life and legacy of Oliver Cromwell. It subsequently led the campaign to save the Museum from closure.
The Friends supports the Museum by helping fundraise for new acquisitions, exhibitions and supporting key museum projects. The Friends committee helps promote the Museum and assists with the annual Cromwell Lecture series every November.
Members of the Friends come from far and wide; membership benefits include advance bookings and discounts to Friends and Museum events, a regular newsletter keeping you up to date with the Museum's activities, and a discount in the Museum shop.
You can download our membership application form here.
